Hello
rarely can not send emails to certain specific mail addresses.

and I get the following error:


Error transferring to COM.com; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 Authentication turned on in your email client.

my server is the one that has the problem?
will be the server of another company that got the problem?

please do you help me?
